This tastefully decorated luxury apartment is located on the world famous Champs Elysees Avenue. It is within short walking distance to key attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre museum and the Eiffel Tower. It is also ideally located in the heart of the best shopping, restaurant and entertainment district.
The apartment with its hardwood flooring, tall ceilings and windows has retained the Parisian cache but has been decorated and appointed in a contemporary style to meet modern taste and comfort.
The spacious, beautifully decorated living room is equipped with a large Plasma flat screen TV, IPod player and telephone.
The newly redesigned kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.
The bedroom features a tall window, 30'' flat screen TV, upholstered bench, comfortable queen size bed and ambient lighting for a romantic setting.
As you exit the building onto the Champs Elysees you will be surrounded by multiple shops, cinemas, restaurants and coffee shops including a Starbucks and the famous Laduree Salon de the. You will also find a Monoprix department store which has a supermarket on it's lower level should you choose to eat in.
Upon your arrival, you will be met by someone who will show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have relative to your stay.
Someone will also meet with you at the conclusion of your stay to facilitate your departure and complete the experience.

I am glad I relied on other people's reviews of this apartment - it was a great choice for my family! The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Since we travel with kids, we always try to make sure that their sleeping arrangements are comfortable as well. The pullout sofa had great comfortable mattress for our girls. Also, loved that the breakfast places were all around the property so we didn't have to go far to eat in the morning. Oh, and did I mention a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival? What a great touch!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. Even though it's located on the busy Champs-Elysees, you'd never know it. The area around this apartment was nice and quiet. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. The books and brochures were helpful too. In reviewing them, we found out about the Paris Pass, which saved us much in visiting the area's attractions. Would we stay there again? Why... yes! I highly recommend this place. The only thing that I would suggest is that wash clothes be provided too. I'm one of those rare people that use them and it was very weird for me to go the week without one. Other than that, everything was great!

This was my second time to stay in this apartment, and I can honestly say you will not go wrong if you stay here. The location is unbeatable, the apartment itself is impeccable, very quiet and the owner is very accommodating. Frank, who is in charge of any transportation you might need, does a superb job. You simply book thru him and he handles the rest. Every driver he booked for us was fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment- there is simply no other place I would rather stay than here.

My friends and I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Paris. Jacqueline, the owner, was incredible. She was there upon our arrival to make sure we got settled into the apartment and even tried to help us make reservations at a restaurant. She went above and beyond to help us have a great experience. We felt very safe in the apartment due to a security guard and gates that you needed a code to get in and out of at night. The apartment is perfect for 4 people and is located in the center of everything. Thank you Jacqueline for making our trip to Paris so great!
Great stay, great location. Wouldn't change a thing! If you are traveling internationally just remember a converter. There also was no iron/steamer but that seems to be fairly standard in most European Hotels/VRBO
We had a lovely time. Welcomed by Daniela with the chilled wine sitting out and glasses upon our arrival. The well prepared apartment guide features everything from how to use the appliances to numbers for emergencies and the embassy. National Geographic Paris guide was helpful too! Fabulous location!
This was our first VRBO rental and it did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the flat. What a nice surprise to have a bottle of wine and a beautiful fresh cut flower awaiting us. The renter's manual proved very useful for recommendations. This apartment is clean, classy and accommodated my family of four. I would definitely recommend to others.
