The space

This is a modern 200 sq meter (2150 sq feet) two floor penthouse apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the best area of Historic Belgrade. 
The apartment has AC and has been refurbished to the highest standards.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own flat screen TV with satellite channels in original version. The apartment is located in a protected building from the turn of the 20th century (2nd floor walk up) and the apartment has been completely refurbished to the highest modern standards.

Guest access

You will be renting the entire apartment.
I, or my assistant, will let you in on your first day. We will be there to hand you the keys, show you around the apartment , answer any questions you may have and share with you our favorite spots.

Interaction with guests

During your stay, we will be reachable 24/24 in case of an emergency. 
Otherwise, will be available during the day to answer any general questions you may have. And will gladly assist you in helping you plan your prefect vacation.

Other things to note

Included in the rate is free wifi.

Also, please note that this is a residential building and that the rules of the building association call for quietness in the common areas and in the units after 10:00 PM. Therefore, loud music, conversations or parties are strictly forbidden. 
Unfortunately, previous tenants did not respect the rules. They made a lot of noise in the public areas of the building as well as in the property itself, and were drunk and disorderly. The police were called in by the neighbors, and the tenants had to deal with the police which obviously presented an unpleasant situation for all concerned.

We have been advised by the building association that any disorderly conduct will be reported immediately to the local authorities. Therefore, we kindly ask you, should you choose to stay at this apartment, to be quiet when in the common areas of the building and inside the flat after 10:00 PM. We will not be able to intervene if the police are called in, and will have no choice but to rescind your contract immediately without any refunds should the building association rules concerning the noise ordinance not be respected
