Ultra comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Located on 4th floor of a 24 hour secured building with elevator. 
The apartment can sleep up to 4 adults comfortably. 
It's a fully equipped, very well appointed apt witch has great working high speed wifi. 
From the unit's phone you can make free int'l calls to landlines to over 100+ countries and to cells in the USA, Canada and France. 
The Champs Elysees Avenue is 1 minute walking distance away, and many of the top Paris attractions are also near.

The space

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a very nice building which has an elevator.
It can sleep up to four adults comfortably. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
It comes equipped with AC, a washer and a dryer, as well as all other necessary appliances, a hair dryer, towels, linens and a combination safe. We also have goodies and a nice bottle of wine awaiting our guests.

From the airport, to get to the building, you have several options:

- You could take the Air France nonstop shuttle bus service from Orly or CDG to the Place Charles de Gaulle/Etoile.
They run every 30 minutes and the travel time is about an hour.
From there, you only have a 5 to 7 minutes walk down the Champs Elysees avenue to get to the building. 
- You could take a regular taxi right outside the terminal. Just make sure you get into one waiting in line.
- I could arrange for a driver to pick you up, with a car service company I use on a regular basis. 
So far , they have been very reliable and professional. I have negotiated with them a flat fee of 65 euros, with no additional fees for extra luggage. (For up to three passengers. Otherwise, the price increases by 5 euros per each additional passenger).
If you want that service, I can schedule it for you, one way or round trip, but you will have to pay the driver directly. Unfortunately, they do not take credit cards.

Upon arrival at the property, you will be met by either myself, or my assistant. 
We will be there to hand you the keys and answer any questions you may have.

Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance.
The Louvre, the Arc of Triumph and the Eiffel Tower are just a short distance away.
You will also find the Georges V metro station a block from the building and taxis are readily available all around.

There are wonderful bakeries, cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops in all the surrounding area.

There is free Wi-Fi and unlimited free calling to USA and Canada cell and land lines from the unit's phone. 
In addition to free calls to land lines to an additional 102 countries.

The building has 24 hour security and is ideally located right off the Champs Elysees Avenue. 
Basically, in a very central and wonderful location.

You will only be meeting with U.S. At check-in. But will be available 24/7 in case of an emergency, or anytime during the day if you have questions or need additional suggestions.
We can acquaint you with a renowned chocolatier for high quality artisanal chocolate making lessons, in the atelier of the renowned Chocolatier. What could be a more personalised gift for your loved ones than something delicious that you made yourself! If they are too delicious to last until you get home, there are plenty of other stores nearby to buy back up gifts for your friends and family!
